You may be making it through work, relationships, and daily tasks while using far more energy than anyone sees. Or you may have a recent diagnosis that changes how you understand your life. Therapy can be a place to sort through that without treating your needs as a character flaw.

You might want support with

  • Burnout and the demands that keep bringing you back to it
  • Masking, belonging, and figuring out what feels like you
  • A late diagnosis, self-identification, or questions about ADHD and autism
  • Planning, starting, switching, or finishing tasks
  • Sensory needs and the cost of repeatedly overriding them
  • Rejection, conflict, and feeling misunderstood in relationships

What the work can look like

We might take one hard part of your week and go through it slowly: what it asks of you, where it gets difficult, and what happens afterward. Then we look at what could change, such as a routine, an expectation, a boundary, or the support you have.

Understanding yourself in a new way can bring grief and relief at the same time. It can change how you see your relationships, your work, and the story you’ve told about who you are. We can talk about all of that.

More than tools

We look at your sensory experience, energy, emotions, relationships, and the demands of your environment together.

There isn’t one correct way to participate in therapy. You can ask for more structure, more processing time, or a different pace. We’ll talk about what helps you take part comfortably.

Tools help when they fit. A lot of the work is working out why something is hard before deciding what to change around it.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No formal diagnosis is required to work with me. You can come with questions, an existing diagnosis, or your own understanding of your experience. I offer individual psychotherapy; I do not provide diagnostic assessments for ADHD or autism.

Where I’m coming from

I’m neurodivergent myself, and my clinical experience includes working with ADHD and autistic adults. I bring that perspective without assuming your experience is the same as mine.
